Why would you put all the lobes facing down? Get your number one piston to top dead and make sure you crank is lined up tdc.

ALWAYS check the ground connections between the tow vehicle and what your towing. Clean all connections and be sure you have a great connection between BOTH frames. No ground is causing feedback and making the brake lights dim.

Transfer switch must be cut out before you'll get any power at all to start it manually. Otherwise, just throw the main breaker off from the street power. That will start it automatically.

Either one. The coil fires every compression stroke, or every other revolution, and that actuates the tach. Tachs are set to actuate every other revolution when the coil fires.

Use a male-male connector for the size inside diameter, cut the hose with the proper cutters, insert the male-male connector and put mini-clamp hose clamps on each side and tighten them.

I don't know Bobcat systems like I do Toyota skidsteer, but on Toyota if the center foot pedal is pressed with no attachment connected, it will kill everything. Could that be happening to yours? Check into friction between your actuators for the attachment fluid drive.
