Where is the GROUND for the front wipers for a 1997 Jeep Wrangler tj?

why not read the manual.?its free. posted here 300 times, a real free book. Death wobble in 2008 jeep wrangler

you bought it new/ i bet not.? our first ever ***** wobble. ! love em/ i own one,too. in 6speed form, m/t mines like ROCK solid car, like my other 8 jeeps , owned ok ran Antifreeze 8 years, sure that will eat up a pump easy.(and lots more) trans fell out is , well, easy words for some fixer to say and not tell truth(truth is hard to believe , lies simple; folks love them, so....) "as in, truth is stranger than fiction) ever hear that.? (used by many to be expeditious) " yah Bod, i lunched me tranny") << example. my guess the transmission blew the pump seal ATF ON THE GROUND BIG TIME. a/t boxes are complex and very very expensive toys, IMO. I avoided them for 50 years!) ***** WOBBLE. NO PARTS LISTED, THE SALES RECEIPT TELLS YOU WHAT PART(s) FAILED ,or its Jeep part number my guess?, is a tie rod failed. rare on low mileage jeeps had one go bad after 150kmiles, due to me commuting 30 miles of switch bad roads,daily. i dove snarf out of it. (center link failed) me NOT SURPRISED in the least. no part on any car last for ever some less, some less than 60k miles. its because lame car makers removed Zerk fittings there long ago to save 5 ****** cents, here , why not take car to any ASE shop not dealers they are too busy making cash to do this, ask MR, ASE to do a full inspection on car tell him the ***** wobble, bit and say, check for previous collision damage and offroad damage,etc. under the car. I do all this before i buy them used you never said, used car or new, ? after all what someone else did, is never known. unless you LOOK. seems that failed transmission is part of SECRET RECALL, no.?> seems to me. btw ,it gets worse with new CAFE laws 9speed new transmissions will do what blow up more easy. cramming all that more stuff in same box and some run $45 a quart, made by one maker on earth transmission fluid. RUN, do not buy that car. you are SO lucky (trans fail) only lessons to learn: is when machines leak , find out what fluid is leaking first. brakes, dont drive. engine coolant same engine oil, if small ok, if 1quart or more, make sure its refilled and get car fixed tranny oil,dont drive. it. $3500 trans is no cheap. a/c puddle pure water, drive and forget. it. NOISE ignoring noise,is bad to the bone get car fixed first. machines tell you when things are bad with NOISE including steering related noise of any kind. or bounce noise. at the least there, you go.

Check your transmission mounts. Adjust the e braked by lifting the handle up and down 20 + times.

My jeep won't start or even turn over

you need to check the voltage at the battery when you have trouble. should always remain above 12 volts. If not then the battery or the connections are bad. first test the battery right at it's lug terminals, then check the terminal connectors. battery or cable or connectors - def sounds like major voltage issue in the battery area!

Standard transmission? If so the clutch may be broken/damaged or far out of adjustment. Can you select the gears with the engine off? If so then take a real good look at the clutch.

If it was the anti-theft system causing the no start , there would be a light lit on the instrument cluster . Replaced power steering pump, now the belt does not sit right on fan clutch pulley

the 4.0L inline 6, next time tell engine, get the pump from jeep, china, or fleabay , who's pump is it? matters, in many cases.Duracrap pumps.? wrong methods. cause it ,did you read the SM? all pulleys must be in perfect alignment. (the law of belts 101) unless a GM Corvair... USA car what engine??????????? wiki 2.8L VM Motori RA 428 Diesel I4 Complete engine specs[show] 3.6L Pentastar V6 Complete engine specs[24][show] 3.8 L EGH V6 times the starter will continue to run until key is turned off. that is starter relay bad or the puter running it gone nuts. or bad starter next time when starter latches up, pull the relay if it kills the cranking its bad relay or puter if not, bad starter. all in 1min work.. and a very very serious first ORDER fix first problem runs on test fuel. but you failed to keep it running for the 2 -3 second JEEP RULE. if you had here is the results. (logic) hard. 1: i can keep it running with spray need a video? yes, means ASD is not dropping out 2: no? ASD is killing the engine on purpose. and scan tool told you. cranks no start you said, "No codes." if really true , there is no fuel pressure.! if not true, its done wrong. so scan correctly THIS time. is the skim light glowing in the dash cluster, if yes, it will not start by DESIGN. SKIM is the immobilizer and DOES! you must scan WHILE l its failing, not after, WHILE. HOW TO SCAN correctly on JEEPS, (no starts) key on, see scanner working? now, it must, if not ask. crank or 5 seconds, (1 potato , 2 potata, 3,4,5. release key, ( 4 and 5 are overkill but why not?) do not turn key off or say 2 minutes, get PCM time to REPORT. scan (2008 or newer scan tools work, CAN-BUS certified) the tool then tells you why the ASD RELAY dropped killing starting (by DESIGN) try to know SKIM is and option, so.... me blind can see car http://jeepdied.com/ASD.html runs on test fuel longer that 3 seconds, by hand, means. all is working mostly, the fuel pressure gauge needs a jeep hose kit to work so/....... the pump needs power to work, now the acid tests i have 2. acid tests lacking a real scan too;.. spark timing light connected up. you crank and spark dies, AFTER 2-3 seconds into crank/start cycle means ASD dropped. connect meter to injector 12vdc power feed its a daisy chain 12vdc dies, at 3seconds of crank, or dies at 3 seconds of running, if true PCM did that , and is ASD drop doing that running any jeep for 1 second on test fuel is a waste of time it tells too little learn that jeeps can drop a ASD at 100mph any time it wants. and only scanning while it drops tells you why, unless the SKIM lamp glows,

09 Wrangler Unlimited Cylinder #2 misfire

huh what is etc? is it hard to type facts for free expert help>??? 09 JK , I own a 08, stick. 3.8L V6. right? you never said mileage, why?, mines at 60k, P0302, is that hard to say , that it one only just 1 code,and you reset it, and it COMES BACK, you never said so... (to reset it push reset on the scan tool) or learn which fuse to pull, I have real FSM in hand. can answer that. (its marked OID) in the TIPM fuse box, pull m3 fuse for say 5minutes, all codes are forgotten now. 3.8L JK that (my had to guess) code means, this. weak combustion on #2 only. (slow piston acceleration is a fact) so if all 5 others burn right how can just #2 fail only. ANSWERS: well its NOT FUEL MIX is it. leaving only these. 1: sparkplugs gapped wrong, did you set them or guess? to SPEC<, is the answer. 2: spark plug wire #2 to coil pack lug 2, is this new? we work cheap to expensive ok./? 3: weak compression on #2. check that WOT? wide open throttle (about) but never at idle position. 4: injector issues. #2 only (swap injector or learn how to do balance tests and leak down test on them, out of BOOKs not internet bs rumors. there it is... the order above is by complexity and cost. throw in bad coil but no miles stated so ,i guess low? do not mix coil wires, or it will misfire. it has only 1 way to do it.

I have replaced the spark plugs, wires, coil,

a good start, (no pun) spark renewed parts good. always good. a full tune up.. for real. (spark) that distrib device is called a CMP, cam sensor! the flywheel has CKP sensors. to... but the reason you cant find this is you lacking a scan tool. the PCM can cuts spark for many reasons. the ASD relays does that. by command of the PCM The PCM drops the relay for 1 to 8 reasons. minus 1 , your car has no IMMO SKIM key. but here is how to diagnose all JEEPS, (not fake MK jeeps) first is to understand the ASD relay. http://jeepdied.com/ASD.html to do the tests takes 2 persons, unless you are a Xmen. guy. the JEEP LAW OF 2 SECONDS must not be ignored, 2 full seconds. rule. this rule applies to spark and fuel, 1:fuses good. test them. (key on CEL glows, check engine lamp must glow or PCM has no power) does yours? 2: man 1, cranks. (car can crank with DEAD PCM) yup. 3: man 2 , (or WOman) tests spark using a test spark plug at say #1 front, (easy bend over) lazy we are. use a real spark plug. ok>? new. or not shorted., you ground the shell (this is a 100 year old test, not magic and is done by every mech, alive.) google how to test spark and not get electrocuted, (got a pace maker?, keep hands in pockets) 4: the key on ASD closes and engine cranks and spark happens for 2 seconds, or not, if the spark ends just as the ASD drops you KNOW NOW FOR A FACT THE PCM DID THAT ON PURPOSE> a hard cold fact. if there was not spark for 2 full seconds, then sparks dead. the PCM must be scanned., if you cant scan you get to shot gun all day. i have a scope , you dont but i can see if the pcm is pulsing the COIL. you cant. so get to guess that too. if the PCM is not pulsing said coil (lets pretend coil is good, i can bench test them, easy) then the PCM has BAD INPUTS> CMP or CKP tops the list. of shot guns, seems like 1000s replaced here and not one fixes it.... but goes on.. .. and on because.... best is to own a scan tool to fix any jeep 1991 to now. or go broke every time a part gives up the ghosts. the keyon 3 times tests. can find problems , but NEVER ALL problems, its blind to many. its just toy really, but has value, if if works.

I have a manual 92

Your description indicates a fuel starvation or choking problem. I assume it is a carburettor model and either there are times when the engine is getting too much fuel - or too little, probably the latter. There could be a blockage in the carb or the fuel pump might be worn or there could be a foreign object in the fuel tank sometimes blocking the flow. It is also possible your vehicle is suffering carburettor freezing. This usually takes place, not in freezing weather as would be expected but in cool, damp conditions. Vehicle manufacturers go to great lengths in combatting this with warm air collected from around the exhaust manifold and mixed with the cooler air of the normal intake, usually controlled automatically by a vacuum operated flap.

Location of fuel vapor leak detection pump 2004 jeep wrangler
