The HDP5000 moves the card to the encoding area, the computer screen shows that "Smart Encoding" completed, but the Printer still displays "Smart Encoding" and won't move the card to printing area.

I'm having a problem with a Fargo c30 where I can print test prints just fine but trying to send any custom job will result in wierd prints. It basically just prints a multitude of random colors.

I got a card printer, Fargo DTC400. Unfortanetly when i install the driver i get the error: Failed to add printer driver error = 126. I cant seem to find the problem. I got windows 8.1. Thanks.
