If you look at the overview page here: http://www.encore-usa.com/us/product/ENUCM-013 The 'Overview' tab says it allows interconnectivity between your camera and your computer without the need for drivers. I guess the big question is, what OS are you using that you need drivers for this device? It also mentions that in the package it came with an application CD. I'd start there.

You have a couple of options - 1. Do a system restore and revert your computer back to a time prior to the problem developing. 2. Do a repair install, or simply uninstall the program and reinstall it. Obviously, something has changed on your machine recently, and some files that the program needs have either gotten overwritten or corrupted. A system restore will restore those files that the program needs, as will a repair install, or an uninstallation and reinstallation of the program. Any of these will do the trick....

i think teachers need to be payed a good wage .. after all they single handed look after 30 kids for like 4 or 5 hrs... how the fek do they do it my home is a reck after an hour with three..?

It ships with a setup wizard (for MS Windows products only). Web page indicates Windows only drivers. Tread with care.

Insert the disc into the DVD drive in your computer. The installation should begin automatically or give a pop-up asking you what you would like to do. Select Run Setup.exe. Note: If the installation does not begin automatically follow these steps: Click on Start. Click on My Computer (Computer on Windows Vista and Windows 7) Right Click on the DVD drive containing The Print Shop 3.5 disc. Left Click on Open. Double Left Click on Setup.exe. The installer will now search your computer to make sure you have the required Windows Updates in order to install The Print Shop 3.5. If it detects that you are missing an update the installer will prompt you to install these now. Once the updates are complete the installer will move to the next step automatically. From here you should follow the on screen prompts to complete the installation.

Since the retail box for PrintMaster Gold 2.0 does not include a printed manual, the Product Key will be printed on the back of the small inserted paper which includes installation instructions. When PrintMaster 2.0 is purchased from as a 'DVD in sleeve', the Product Key will be located on top of the Installation disc

Ya. You can run any legacy old softwares on vmplayer. Install 64bit vmplayer on your pc. Install winxp 32bit in vmplayer. Install psp v6 on winxp. That's all

Has it worked before on that computer? If it is a new installation (I mean never before used, not recently installed) you should try to reinstall it. If you have used this progran before (on this computer) I sugest that you should goto http://support.encore.com/

You should have received your License Key when you purchased the product. If it is already installed on your machine, you may be able to find the key by running the free Belarc Advisor (from belarc.com). If you registered your product, you should be able to recover your key by visiting the product's support site.
