I have Caroma Uniset toilet and wish to change leaking pan cone to release flush pipe, do I undo plastic nut under cistern clockwise or anticlockwise? Thanks

Why is my caroma 270 dual flush ( 2 bottons) valve seal black and the replacements offered are orange or clear and are not the same size as the black seal?
the 'replacements' are NOT the CORRECT part. take the old one with you to select the correct new part
