1988 Ford Ranger XLT 4X4. Newly purchased dual fuel tank has an internal fuel pump, an inline pump, a fuel tank selector unit, and what looks like a second fuel tank selector unit (which is leaking).

The black reservoir/fuel tank selector unit you are referring to is the fuel tank switching valve, which is designed to switch between the two fuel tanks in your 1988 Ford Ranger XLT 4X4. This valve is responsible for directing fuel from the selected tank to the fuel pump and engine.
The second fuel tank selector unit you mentioned (part number 5sv2k) is likely a replacement part for the original fuel tank selector unit. It is not intended to replace the fuel tank switching valve.
The dual fuel tank system in your Ford Ranger requires both the fuel tank switching valve and the fuel tank selector unit to function properly. The fuel tank selector unit allows the driver to switch between the two fuel tanks, while the fuel tank switching valve directs fuel from the selected tank to the fuel pump and engine.
If the black fuel tank switching valve is leaking or malfunctioning, it should be replaced to ensure proper operation of your dual fuel tank system.

Duel tanks fuel flow from front tank to rear tank

check installation of the tanks
if you have a balance tube between the tanks then the higher tank bottom will flow to the lower tank
if it is a diesel operation and you have put in the extra tank then where the injector return flows back to which tank will determine which tank fills up first. it will work like this fuel out to the injectors is used partially to run the engine but the most part is used to cool the injectors and so the hot fuel goes back to a tank
if that is not the same tank from which fuel is being drawn then what you have is a situation where the fuel pump is pumping from one tank and returning excess unused fuel to the other

My Weber Summit Grill is new. Works fine with new LP tank. When tank is half full grill lights but does not heat very high. Have had this problem with multiple LP tanks.

IS PROPANE TANK RESIGNED TO BE MOUNTED VERTICAL OR HORIZONTAL? The Outflow tube of the vertically mounted tank runs to within an inch of the bottom of the tank. The horizontally mounted Tank Design has an outflow tube that has a 90 degree bend half way down to 1" of the side of the tank if it mounted in the wrong orientation for it's design, it stops picking up LPG halfway down. When used in it's proper application, the orientation would be correct for gas pickup. A tank designed for horizontal mounting used in a verticle position picks up LPG for half of the tank, then it will light (because of the fumes are flammable) but do not posses the density to heat. (Too much Air) in the mixture fuel to air ratio. We found this out after pulling the shut off valve off of a tank with same problem. It was a horzontal tank used in a verticle positiuon. It worked for half a tank of fuel.

1997 F250 with dual fuel tanks. Fuel from the rear tank siphons into the front tank. When I try using the front tank the engine cuts out under load. Also truck wont start using the front tank

If fuel injected. the tank selector valve switches both the suction line from the tank and the return line back to the tank. It sounds like you have a stuck or bad tank selector valve if the return is not being ported back to the rear tank.

HP Pavillion 1540n cd burner doesn't recognize discs

Your drive is most likely dead - sorry. DVD burners are not the hardiest of technologies and frequently die with enough use. Thankfully they are usually only $30 to $50 to replace with an non-hp OEM drive. These can be found at smaller computer stores, rather than places like BestBuy
However, most of these drives won't have lightscribe, so you will lose that functionality.
Of course, you can replace the drive with another lightscribe drive from HP, but that will cost you a lot more usually.
Good Luck!

Image print on disc

Hello,

Lightsribe disc is only monotone colour mostly its gold color.

So if you want to print an image on it.

Probably you will not like it.

Instead buy an Epson R230 or newer series. Because it has CD printer.

It can print beautiful colors you want.

Buy also printable CD. It can be generic CD or branded like Verbatim, Sony, TDK, Melody.

Buy a printable CD with a paper texture on the top.

If not it might smudge the ink on the top.

Its messy.

Well then. I hope this help
