I am not sure why but there are 2 posts for your question. This is a duplicate of my original answer:
If you have checked the hoses and screens then the most probable failure is the inlet water valve. I suspect that one of the electrical water valve solenoids has failed. If you using cold water try a warm or hot wash. If your using hot or warm try a cold wash. I am not sure on this washer if there is a mixing valve but may front loading washers have mixing valves that mix hot and cold water simply to help dissolve the HE type soaps. If changing wash temp makes no difference then a continuity check for inlet water valve coil resistance will have to be performed with an inexpensive ohm meter. If there is no continuity the solenoid has failed and the inlet water valve will have to be replaced.

This unit appears to have 2 inlet water valves one for hot and cold and one for just cold that is used for diluting soap. You will need to check all 3 solenoids for continuity. The inlet water valves are items 5 and 6 of this picture:

Bosch frontloader will not spin or agitate

You can check the following things in your washer:

1. Is the washer door or lid closed?
a. If yes, does it filled with water?
b. if no: Please contact the manufacturer to replace the door latch.
And if it is not filling properly then there is a water supply issues like: hot or cold faucets closed or not open completely, hot and cold hoses reversed, kinked or pinched fill hoses, plugged inlet screens or insufficient water pressure

Water tap closed? what does this mean

Water Inlet Flow Meter P/N 00602819 is failing.

For a Bosch Axxis Washer model WFR2460UC --

If both of the water supply valves are open, you cleaned the hose internal strainers, and there are no kinks in the hoses, part "Water Inlet Flow Meter P/N 00602819" is failing. This device measures exactly how much water enters the tub, no matter what the water pressure. Not hard to DIY replace with simple tools.

Bosh wasmachine doesn't was clothes

Remove hose at washer connection and check screen filter not blocked with grit from pipes. Check screen at tap end also. If both clear, machine may need water valve replaced.

Error code

hi sir one of these problem will be there 1 - No cold fill. Check that the taps are on or if the drain hoses are kinked.
2 - No hot fill. The ambient temperature is likely to be below freezing possibly due to the pipes being frozen. Also check that the taps are on or if the drain hoses are kinked.
3 - No mixed fill. It is likely that the water is not turned on at the taps.
4 - Check the water supply, inlet valve and hot and cold hose connections.
4 - A fault with the water heating has occurred.
5 - Water is not being pumped out and a flood condition could occur. Check that the drainage hose is raised to the recommended minimum height and that the pipe is not blocked.
6 - Extremely high water level Disconnect or turn off the water supply and ensure that the water level does not rise any more. Then book a service engineer.
7 - Door not closed properly. Close door firmly at the 3 o'clock position.
E20/1 - The thermistor resistance has drifted or the temperature scanning sequence is incorrect. The ambient temperature could be below freezing.
thank u............

Check Water Tap??

remove the cold water hose from the washer look inside the parts of the washer you unscrewed it from, there is a plastic screen in there that needs to be clean out. you can pop it out with a small flat head screwdriver, clean it then pop it back in. also remove cold hose from valve on wall. there is another screen in there that needs to be cleaned. this will fix the problem
