Hi,
That issue could be a problem with the ink cartridges, we do have a work around for this matter but if these steps failed, you really need to contact HP Total care for them to service your printer. So, here how it goes.
- Please unplug the USB cable from the back of your printer, do this while the printer is on.
- Next, Remove the ink cartridges and the printhead from your printer and wait for the prompt that says "insert cartridges",
- Then, Unplug the power cable or the power cord from the back of your printer or from the power point and wait for 60 seconds.
- After that, plug the cable back in to the printer and if the printer doesn't turn on automatically, please turn it on manually.
- Now, re-insert the cartridges and the printhead.
- If the printer will ask you to print a calibration page, please do it.
- Lastly, reconnect the usb cable of the printer to your computer and try to print a document from your computer.
That's it! Cheers!
