if you have the nokia pc suite cd install it or go to google.com to search for free nokia pc suite download if you dont have it then install it after installation connect your phone it must work

i think you should first cpnfirm if you system has the software to read the photos from your mobile.. you would have received a cd along with the mobile... insert that and then try downloading the photos...
