You should reset the printer
To reset it:
1.Unplug it (remove the cable physically) from wall or from back side of the unit
2.Keep two buttons down at the same time:
a.cancel button (pink one)
b.right arrow
Buttons have to be kept together!
3.Plug the printer again (don't release buttons!)
4.After that light under three large oval buttons should turn on for a second (short blink).
If
that doesn't help - repeat it. If second trial fails - reinstall the driver which is located here or go to HP
service.
