I am trying to play videos in mp4 format in my gogear vibe... But it says file format not supported. But the default video availabe is of mp4 format.. Please help in fixing the problem

Gogear Vibe can be SA1xxx or SA2xxx and the supported video file types are different. I think you have SA2xxx bacause it uses mp4 format. In this case:

• Make sure Quick Time (latest version) and Windows Media Player 11 (or higher) has been installed before Philips Songbird is installed.

Hello, i've searched that type of device supports only smv and wmv video format,
try to use altysoft video converter,i used that in all my videos files to convert any format in full version but not all in free version type in your browser> altysoft video converter free download...save then install to computer..
copy the files to the computer you want to convert..
