SOURCE: I need to fix this

Welcome to Fixya!

Sounds like the bios needs to be flashed on the particular model scanner you have. You will need to contact your local canon dealer to have this done because they have diagnostic software to do this with. I tried to search for particular error message over the internet and found nothing. I provided the manual of you unit and the common error message that you should be getting. Please look at page 75.

Thank you for using Fixya!

How to Resolve QuickBooks Unauthorized Error Code 401?

QuickBooks Error 401 is caused when the user is trying to access the QuickBooks company file, but the login credentials are invalid or incorrect. The error message will typically state "Unauthorized: User authentication failed" or "Access denied: Invalid user ID or password".
Here are some steps that can help you resolve QuickBooks Error 401:
  1. Verify your QuickBooks login credentials: Make sure that you are entering the correct login credentials for your QuickBooks account. If you are not sure, you can reset your password.
  2. Clear cache and cookies: Clear the cache and cookies from your web browser to remove any stored login information. This can help resolve login issues.
  3. Update QuickBooks: Make sure that you are using the latest version of QuickBooks software. An outdated version can cause issues with the software, including login issues.
  4. Check your internet connection: Make sure that your internet connection is stable and working properly. If your internet connection is slow or not working, it can cause login issues.
  5. Disable antivirus or firewall: Sometimes, antivirus or firewall software can interfere with QuickBooks login. Temporarily disable any such software and try logging in again.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to contact QuickBooks technical support for further assistance.

My account has been disabled why

There are different reasons why you may not be able to access your account and unique ways to contact Facebook for each case.
