I have a BenQ P610 projector. It shows lights for power and after 1min it shows lights for temp and lamp. I replaced the lamp with a brand new one, but there is no difference.please help me to

Check whether the blower is working. If the blower is not working, the temperature goes up and the system will automatically turn off the lamp to protect the lamp. The temperature sensor may also cause this problem.

Dell 2300mp

Replacing the lamp module requires special considerations:
  1. Turn off the projector.
  2. Wait 30 minutes for the projector to cool down and then unplug it.
  3. On the bottom of the projector, loosen the two screws on the lamp cover and then remove the cover.
  4. Loosen the two screws on the lamp module and pull out the module.
  5. Insert the new lamp module and tighten the two screws.
  6. Install the cover and tighten the two screws.
  7. Turn on the projector. If the lamp does not turn on after the warm-up period, try reinstalling the lamp again.
  8. Press enter on the projector or on the remote control to open the on-screen menu.
  9. Press the up (c00589410.gif ) or down (c00589411.gif ) arrow to select Setup and then press the right (c00589412.gif ) arrow.
  10. Press the up (c00589410.gif ) or down (c00589411.gif ) arrow to select Reset lamp hours and then press enter .

Both the LAMP/COVER and FAN/TEMP indicator lights come on, not blinking

with both lights solid. according to the manual all it says is (there is an electrical failure inside the unit, please take to an authorized servicer). if you are able to do this yourself you will need the schematics and a voltmeter to start testing your voltages. your lamp is fine so dont waste your money replacing that anymore. if you would like the service manual send me an email to [email protected].

My projector it not working! i press the power button and it green light but it not light show can you please help me and also colour keep flashing.

Sounds like the lamp might have blown. Sometimes the projector can't tell if the lamp is blown, so the usual red indicator light doesn't show.

After the projector is on, if you push menu on the remote do you see anything? Maybe the brightness is just turned down all the way. If you see no menu when you push the menu button it's time to inspect the lamp.

Open up the projector and pull out the lamp. You'll probably need a screwdriver to remove the cover, and then another screwdriver to unscrew the lamp and pull it out. Be careful not to touch the bulb's insides. Is the lamp on the inside of the fixture bulbous, or cracked. Look closely.

Light lamp signal

Hi...

If it's under warranty , contact BenQ and ask about replacing the lamp.

Lamps are easy to buy online but run from about $99-200 US dollars

Projector

A couple of things...

If the fan is not working, the lamp will not fire. If you have the owner's manual, it should indicate what the flashing lights mean. Check to make sure that the panels are seated properly. When you replaced the lamp, the outer cover was removed. If that is not seated back 100%, the unit will not work. There are a number of safety "checks" built into the unit to prevent damage and possibly fire as the lamps get really hot.

Check the items above and let us know your progress.

Overheating

Hello,

Please clean the filters for the air and the air circulation path for cooling the lamp.

This will definitely work, pls also check that the condition of lamp is okay or not as sometimes lamp goes with the ballast unit of the lamp and that damages the new lamp.
