when you will open the right cover all the way to the down, you will see a black big box, inside is the waste toner, it need eater to be replaced or empty from the the toner inside.

Press and hold menu button for a few seconds, pressing and holding, acts as a toggle. So if OSD LOCKED still appears, pressing again UNLOCKS.

Yeah, replace with another since it is new and not working.

Open the front cover
Press Option
Press "1" for yes
after that, close the front cover and you are ready to use again.

You have to open the front cover means that you have to oper the toner compartment and check for the paper jammed inside.

Did it helps your or you find the paper jammed.

Solution Reset (machine was not working for 2 - 3 month):
C button (yellow) + on keyboard: 107 + C-button (orange + large) long press
Then, go to the menu
scroll
Mode 5 enter
here below 810: SC Reset
Unfortunately, there is no OK
keyboard: 0 or 1 (probably 1) choosed and press #
it displays a confirmation message: run as service - etc.
Switch off the machine

That is a fuser under heat condition.
Try this. May take a couple of times to clear.
Press the in this order. Clear all ( yellow button) then press 107, then press and hold the red stop button until the screen changes to show a screen that says. Copy SP ,,, Print SP etc.
Press Copy SP, when the screen changes, shut the main power off then back on.
If that doesnt work then repeat the clear all 107 stop and enter Copy SP again, Then scroll down to the 5 tab. press it, scroll to 810 and preform that reset.
If that doesnt fix the problem, then most likely the thermistors and over heat thermostats will need to be replaced.

If in the control panel don't show any places or any door, change the switches on the front cover area and the switches of the fuser area. If the problem continuos check the laser area.

The inner cover is a flap on the inside in front of the carriage when it is at rest when the cover us open. You had to flip the inner cover down to access the ink cartridges.
Open the cover. The inner cover is in the center and need to be flipped up.
