All toilet bowls have a preset water level determined buy the design of the internal s-trap and can not be change. However if the water level in the tank is not as high as it should be this will affect the water put into the bowel as the bowel in refilled by the flush valve and if it is set to stop before it get filled to the proper setting the bowl water level may be low.
A quick test is to see if the water level in the tank is up to the line in the tank most all toilet tanks have a line either stenciled or marked with a indentation in the porcelain. Another way is to mark the level in the bowel with tape or a marker then pour water slowly into the bowel not fast enough to flush it wait to see if it stays higher then the mark you made or settles back to that level.

Water in the bowl is to low ...is always dirty..How do we adjust the level of the water????

Ower thus keeping the water level lower in the bowl. If this is a new style toilet , then you won't get it any higher. The design is such that the "S" trap is lower thus keeping the water level in the bowl lower. This is part of an ecological water saving move. If this is an older toilet, then you have ablocage in the trap and needs to be cleaned out to allows the water to rise up properly.

Just put in a saniflo toitlet in basement the water level is very low in bowl what can i do to raise this level

The bowl level is preset and can not be changed. Make sure the water level in the tank is up to the line.
Don't expect the level in this toilet bowl to be the same as the older toilets in the house the are designed to use much less water.

There is not enough water in the bowl, Can I raise the water level in the bowl

no it is predetermined and can not be changed. How ever you may be able to ingrease the water level in the tank by adjusting the float ball.
Just to be sure the ballcock is putting the max amount of water into the bowl mark the level of the water in the bowl with something and pour some water into the bowl and see if it stays at that level.

After flushing, water level in bowl fills and then slowly drops.

Check to be sure small tube is flowing inside the ovefow tube. This is the water that flushes the rim holes, and refills the bowl. If you don't have flow clean or replace the float valve.

My Toto keeps running

Yes, there is either a screw that can be turned lowering or raising the water level, usually found on top of the fill valve.

Or there is a lever system that raises or lowers the float, thereby raising and lowering the water level.

The first it typically found on fill valves with a float ball attatched by a metal rod to the top of the fill valve.

The second are on the "fluidmaster" type fill valves.

If you still cannot find the water level adjustment describe in detail or provide pictures of the type of fill valve you have and I will walk you through it.

Low water level in toilet bowl

Sorry, but there is no way to raise the water level in the bowl of a low-flow toilet. The water level is determined by the height of the internal trap, usually visible from the side of the toilet (that squiggly little bend). If the toilet is not flushing satisfactorily, you can make adjustments to the water level in the tank and adjust the closing of the flapper. If the problem is odors, flush half way through your business or turn on the bathroom exhaust fan. If you found this answer helpful, please don't forget to rate it.

Raising water level in the toilet bowl. Crane toilet. Don't see where any adjustments can be made. Water level in reservoir tank is up to the inlet tube. How do i get the water level in the bowl to be...

The water level in the bowl is limited by the height of the internal trap down stream from the bowl. There is no adjustment possible. If the problem is odors, you can either flush more often, turn on the exhaust fan, or buy a different brand or model of toilet.
