That is to disable the auto off setting (after a certain number of hours)... I think the OP was talking about the auto on feature that wakes the machine up, an then the one that puts it to sleep at a certain time. To disable that set both of the timers to 12:00AM Once you get there it will display as off, and remove the text on the LCD.

I cant change the Auto Off feature

You should be able to press the Auto Off button and it cancels the automatic option. Hold it down and while keeping pressure on the button, pull the power cord from the Wall. keep holding the button and reinsert the Power Cord once again. Lift up and see if it did a Reset.

The temp set is at 0 so the water is not getting hot

Have you gone into the menu and changed the temperature setting? You can also change the auto off feature in the menu that is probably causing it to turn off.

How do I reprogram my platinum Keurig so it does not shut off

With unit powered on, Select Menu button, scroll down, and turn "auto off" to off selection. Cup size is selected after you put K Cup in. The display should flash on a default (1 of 5) cup sizes. You can manually change to the size you want. Alternatively, you can select the Menu button and change the default cup size (same process as stated above).

How do we stop the auto time ON/OFF feature and have the B70 on all the time?

Go to the "On/Off Time", set the minutes to 00, then start pressing the hour button. An "Off" will be an option available after you get past 12:00.

I have the Keurig Platinum B70 brewing system. It worked fine the first few days and now it won't stay on....it shuts off automatically. I have made sure the auto off feature is in the 'off' position.

This also happened to me. Keurig sent me a replacement and it happened again. I called them this weekend and they said all platinum brewers sold around Christmas and all replacements had a faulty sensor. If you call them they will replace it free with a brewer that doesn't have this problem.

It is a model #B70 and says NOT READY no matter what I do. I have changed the clock, set the auto on/off (which I would like to disable permanently) and I can't get it to brew!

Clean out the upper needle. It may have become clogged w/coffee grounds. Do you use tap water? If so, limescale may have prematurely ended the life of the machine. The air pump may be out of the unit as well. You can call Keurig and they will make you an offer to purchase another unit. Sell it for scrap on ebay or Crystal Pure. If you want to disable the auto on/off feature that is easy. Menu: time clock scroll to "Off" click and see if that doesn't help to "jump start" your B70! Best wishes, Melba
