PIt was plugged into a power strip w/a microwave.

The Keurig has had an electrical failure inside, when it failed it tripped your power strip. Once the electrical fault in the Keurig has been fixed you will again be able to run both appliances from the power strip.

My Keurig is only showing a blue light for the

1. Power off machine.

2. Using a metal paperclip, insert it into left side of top needle. It must insert at least 1" deep. Insert it into slot on right side and again from back of needle.

3. Remove KCup cradle. Separate bottom from top. In the top section, insert the paperclip up into bottom needle from the bottom upwards. It will not go all the way thru and this is normal.

4. Reassemble KCup cradle and reinsert it back into coffee maker.

5. Power on machine.

6. Brew a cup of water only. There may be coffee grounds in the water and these should eventually clear during the remaining steps. NOTE: A large cup brew cycle should output a full 8 ounces (235cc). Less means there is still a blockage

Not sure about why only one light comes on. Hope this helps some.

Our Keurig B60 displays "NOT

Press the off/on switch and poof on the machine and then check. If that is not helping then try this procedure as follows:--- 1. Simultaneously press and release "small mug" and "medium mug". Immediately afterward press "menu" 3 times. (Menu is the black button under the display screen .) You should see a time 6:09 on your screen.

2. Press "menu" once. Your LCD screen should say Brew 0:00.

3. (I messed this step up like 10 times and had to unplug the machine, then replug it and start over at step one. You have to unplug if the LCD displays "auto ____". If it continues to flash "Not Ready" and "Brew" then you can just keep trying step 3). Press and hold "medium mug". While holding "medium mug" press and release "menu". Immediately after pressing "menu" (while still holding "medium mug") press "small mug". Release "small mug" and "medium mug" at the same time. This entire thing needs to be done very quickly. as soon as you release "menu" go to "small mug" and release both buttons quickly.

4. Unplug the machine (do not turn it off). Wait for 3 seconds or so. Plug it back in, turn it on and follow the instructions for priming.
--------- If this instructions also not helping then try this, instead of holding the medium cup while pushing and releasing menu .you simutaneously push and release medium cup and menu and then medium cup and small cup and then check out. Thanks. keep updated for any more query.you can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

Turn it on, won't do a thing, just stopped. Lights up, thats all.

Hi Carol - Sometimes, a product just reaches the end of its life. A product that sees daily (or more use) for 7 years is a pretty good run. Assuming you have cleaned and maintained it, there little more that the end user can do. These makers are more complex that the old "Mr. Coffee" or percolator that used to adorn everyone's countertop; and will often cost more to repair than it's worth. You will find it is easier and quicker to replace it with a new one and probably makes more sense than investing good money in a 7 year old coffee maker.

Does not dispense enough water

When was the last time the unit was descaled? A build up of scale will gradually restrict and then stop the water flow.

My keurig is not making a full and my De-scale light is on

Run 8-16 oz of vinegar through it. That will help descale the machine. As a side note, make sure to run straight water through your maker at least five or six times (until the water doesn't smell like vinegar) once it's descaled.

Keurig B100 not pumping a cup of water through

After dismantling the B100 and trouble shooting the machine I determined that the hose leading to the air pump on the right side of the B100 allowed water to back flow into the motor. The small amount of moisture eventually caused the motor to fail.

I had to find a scrap machine, which most people that have bought this piece of equipment have just thrown it in the trash, and remove the motor from the opposite side which still functioned. Since it is designed to mount to a specific side I had to appoxy the motor into place. To keep the problem from occuring again I purchased a check valve from a local pet store and put it in-line with the motor.

This solved the problem at the source and has prevented moisture from getting into the motor. Now I am a proud owner of a Frankin Pot. It's alive!

Red Light

Keurig will tell you to dump it.....but they will be more than happy to sell you a new one. Me? My B100 burned out/just quit working after 1.5 yrs. Keurig offered me a new one (B something or other for 99.00 which which leaked all over the kitchen about 10months into the game. Dead. Complained to Keurig and got a Plat B70 which i had some problems with, but they could NOT help me. Cost 99.00 again since it was 'more expensive' than the 2d one and they said it retailed for 200.00. My B70 Platinum?? Oh. It just sounds like a German Mowzer blasting thru the kitchen. Who needs coffee when this noise wakes you up? (Keurig's only solution is to tell you to toss it out and buy another EXPENSIVE coffee maker form them. I take care of my stuff and delimed and used water that is deionized so i'm not careless. Okay, so recently, I found a used B2003 (the old commercial box-like unit with the spigot on the side). It is having issues with the pump. I called Keurig and their question was: How did you get a 'commercial coffee maker' when they are meant to be used in an office because it's a 'work manchine.' I told them that i was sick of the cheaply made home brewers that only last close to the warranty. Again, they asked why i am using the commerical brewer at home. I asked them if the coffee police would snatch me up and lock me away if i was using this at home (of course, laughing) and they said it wasn't illegal, but that i am not supposed to use it outside of the work environment. I then told them that i work at home. WTF? What are they teaching these customer service folks? I asked for a distributor in the area so that i could contact them; they said there wasn't anyone they would refer me to since i was using a commercial brewer in the home. They also said that it was too old and that they were 'surprised that it lasted so long'. (Folks, the mfg date is 2000!) Um.....no wonder we have issues with our environment. Our EXPENSIVE small appliances **** out right a warranty and nobody wants to repair or get repair parts so we drive out to the Landfill..... I questioned the little plastic KCups and then someone came up with adaptors, etc to use instead of KCups. Yet....Keurig continues to be irresponsible and suggest we toss out relatively new machines that can probably be repaired ...just dumped in the landfill. Keurig does NOT want to be customer oriented....just money oriented. BOO to KEURIG!
My Suggestions? Boycott the Keurig coffee makers. "Keurig means excellence". Bite me!
