How do I down load ethernet controller, PCI Device, SM Bus Controller, video Controller (VGA Compatible) & other devices driver

If you want to download from the same PC then you cant as the Ethernet driver will not be installed ..

if it is installed then you can download ....

check it in the
control panel>system(switch to classic view in case of XP)> hardware>device manager
in device manager go to network adapters there if the Ethernet driver is installed then you will be displayed there (if the driver is not installed then you will not see that network adapters also)
if it is not installed then you must download the Ethernet driver from some where else to your system from your manufacture(motherboard or chipset manufacture) website (if it is intel then http://downloadcenter.intel.com in this website you can search it & download)
if you have the Ethernet driver installed then you can download from your system only the other drivers from the manufacture website ....

First select windows system.
Next the driver and hit global for download.
Unzip the file before you install.
