Hello Sir, hi, you have power supply problems, this is caused by a bad part on the main board or on the power supply board to overload, when overload happens, the power supply immediately shuts down to prevent further damage. my first advice is call your dealer for proper service.
Had the same problem with my wd-60c9 I would turn the TV on the green led flashes and would get the blues welcome screen, then the TV would shut off. Went to the mitsubishi support web site and located area for downloading software and entered my model number and serial number. After downloading and saving the file I extracted the file and opened it, then I took a USB drive and formatted it fat32 then I copied all the files from the folder I extracted (this is important) if you just copy over the folder this will not work, only copy the contents of the folder to the USB drive. Next unplug your TV locate the USB service port and plug in the USB drive plug in the TV and turn it on, if everything was done correctly and there isn't an underlying hardware issue the TV should stay on and indicate that a software upgrade is in progress, after it is finished it will tell you on the screen. turn off the TV unplug the USB drive and TV power cord and wait a minute or so, then turn on the TV all should be good to go, unless of course you have some other problem causing the same symptoms

If the power light blinks slowly,
you've tried to turn on the TV during
the lamp cooldown cycle. Wait
approximately 30 seconds, and the TV
will turn on automatically.
If light blinks, pauses for about a
minute, and blinks again: the lamp is
trying to turn on (TV will turn on
when successful). If TV doesn't turn
on and sequence continues, the lamp also
needs to be replaced.
To order lamp call 1-800-338-0376.
Have your TV serial number
and lamp type available (you'll
find this information on the
sticker that's on the right side of
the TV).
OK.
None TV is powered off. Normal operation.
Green TV is powered on. Normal operation.

5. You have begun the procedure to
update software from an authorized

For detailed information, see the instructions that accompany
the authorized software update. IMPORTANT: Do not
use unauthorized software at any time.
