Any router that you cannot remember the password to your only choice is to reset the router to factory default and reconfigure it.
To reset a Belkin router:

Press and hold the Reset button for 15 seconds. The router automatically reboots when it resets. Wait approximately one minute until the router restarts, and then navigate to "192.168.2.1" using any Web browser. Leave the Password field blank and click "Submit" to connect to the Web-based interface

If you can log into the router you should be able to simply reset the guest PSK to whatever you like. If you have a computer that can successfully connect to the guest network you can open an elevated command prompt on it and type netsh wlan export profile name="ProfileName" folder="C:\" key=clear Replace ProfileName with the SSID for the network.

A forgotten or lost router password cannot be recovered. It can only be reset by hard resetting the router.Then login using default username and password.

It is not likely you will be able to recover the password if the individual who implemented it is unavailable to provide it. Your only alternative is to factory reset the device according to the manual and then put in the necessary settings required. In order to find the wireless security password of your Belkin wireless router , please follow these steps

1. Open up the internet explorer in the comp in which you are online and clear the address bar and type in the number 192.168.2.1 and hit enter.

2. You will be logged into the Belkin router setup page.

3. In the left hand side, under the heading wireless click on Security

4. It will ask for a password to login, leave the password as blank and click on Submit, then you will be find the wireless security page where you can find your password.

Unfortunatly there is no way of recovering the password however you can always reset your router

Unforunately you cannot recover a lost WPA key. It negates the purpose of the key. You will have to log on to the router and create a new one and make sure all connecting clients have a matching key.
