I have an Epsom SX115 the paper light is flashing 1-800-532-4187 is spam beware

Hi There,

Epson Support does not list an SX115 in their products. Could you have meant NX115?

If so, you do not need a CD. You can download and install the software for the printer from this link:

When you print photos, in Preferences you have to set up the quality of the print to either Best or Photo whichever is the highest one in the list. Hopefully this will increase the quality of the printing, although this is not a photo printer. And you are correct, it's a printer problem.

Paper jam light and out of ink light both flashing on epsom 1400

check that there is no paperjam, make off all printer and computer,, then restart,, check.. the catridge level for inks are good..

Hey llstevetrish,
sorry to here of your printer issues. Have you tried to unplug it to clear what ever error there may be? I don't own an Epson now but you may try here: http://www.fixyourownprinter.com/forums/inkjet/59932#1
