Hi.all the color are not alined - Sony KP-65WS500 65" Rear Projection Television

You need to replace the two STK-392-560 CHIPS THIS SET USES AND DO NOT RUN THE SET WITH CONVERGENCE BOWED or soon you will have other parts bad.

Problem is going to be in the Green and Blue Tube ,you need to change the Coolant Fuild out and out in New,Philips is well known for having Bad Coolant fuild in the G/B Tubes.
With Back Off and TV on Look down inside of each Tube you should be able to see a Clear picture, in each Tube, If you do Not then you need to change out the coolant fuild.
You also have a Screen/Focus Control Block, it controls the Screen Drive and Focus to Each Tube R/G/B 3 controls on top and 3 below them. Top 3 should be for Focuse and Bottom 3 Screen Drive /Brightness to each Tube.
Now in order to aline for Correct Color you will need to adjust all 3 Tubes , Turn Color OFF in Menu then aline the Tubes untill you have a Black and white Picture ,Then go back to menu and turn Color on.

You cannot complete the convergence adjustment on most TVs without the remote. You can usually use a good quality universal remote to complete the tast, such as a logitech harmony. If you know someone that has one then its free, but to buy the harmony is more then just to buy a new toshiba remote, which you can get here:

Replace your STKs big black ics 392-020 go to 040s if they are 110s,150s go to 180s.

Print nozzles sound clogged, you may need a new cartridge. Try reinstalling your printer software too

your convergence ICs need to be replaced. Please let me know the model number of your set and I will post the correct ICs for your model and where to get replacements that come with instructions on how to replace them.
