Printer : HP Office jet 4355 All-in-one cannot receive faxes

Your Machine Seems to be in "Telephone" Mode, which do not automatically recieve faxes. Please refer your manual and switch it to "Fax" or "FaxTel" mode. It will recieve faxes automatically then.

Hp 4355 all in one does not pickup the paper to print my faxes received, however, it copies and sends faxes perfectly. what could be wong with the machine

Check your setup if the options are set to print the faxes as they arrive.
Can also be configured from HP Solution Center

Hp officejet 4355 fax is notreciving

make sure the phone lins is conncetd it is working and it is getting the call when someone call on that no.also check Fax: go to menu option and choose the option fax and set the parameter like auto receive or manual set the ring auto answer mode after certain ring. If it is in auto receiving mode it will receive the fax after the ring which you set.
