Its dead Jim.
I had one of those. Dead.
You can try hitting the reset button. Looking at the back there should be a small hole with a tiny button. Use a staightened paper clip or other object to hold it in for at least 30 seconds. That should set it back to factory defaults.
Doing that brought mine back to life momentarily , but it kept going out after a couple of hours and I had to repeat the process until it finally gave up the ghost for good.

if your using lenovo and is an Ideapad Y series or a G series Laptop look for the program called lenovo readycom in the control panel add remove programs if you have XP and if vista go to control panel and look for programs and features this goes the same with win7 just uninstall Lenovo Readycom 4.0 or 5.0 and as well look for a program called network magic if that program is present then uninstall this as well then restart your laptop, try connecting again ^_^ happy surfing ..
when you upgraded did any settings from your isp change like passwords or usenames that your router may not be registering at your isp's server, or the line speed that you are now getting is not suported by the router.
