Etc fail safe mode codes p2104 2107 2110 2111 2112

I too had the same codes on my 2004 Lincoln LS 3.0. But how could it be the throttle actuator if I had just replaced the entire throttle body before I got the diagnostic from the dealership? Yet they told me I need to replace all 6 ignition coils, when none of the 300 codes even came up. Because its time to renew my tags, I took my car to get smogged even though my check engine light is on. I read on the internet that ignition coil failure does cause emission failure, so I was hopinhg to qualify for the government assistance to fix the coils. Only to find out that I passed emissions, and failed the function light test. In addition to the previous throttle actuator codes, the smog place gave me about 6 new codes. My car is currently at Meineke (obviously the dealership prices are ridiculous), and after originally agreeing with the dealership about the coils, Meineke is now telling me that after driving my car, no codes showed up at all. Therefore, they don't believe it is the coils, and think it may be some bad wiring with the PCM. The symptoms of my car consists of the wrench light turning on while sometimes accelerating, and the car seems to bog out. I basically then have to pull over and re-start my car. After restarting, the car is fine until I accelerate abnormally again. The check engine light always stays on. Can someone please prevent me from not getting inevitably screwed over?
