Hi! printing flight boarding passes on Epson stylus C46. First pass ok. Second pass bottom part not printed or very feint. Tried again and only colour printed although black cartridge is half full. Could problem be the that the printer has not been used for 8 weeks? If so, how can I rectify problem, please?
Run it through a cleaning mode.
in ctrl panel
select printer and r click go to
properties and then the
maintenance tab.
Run clean
Run Nozzle check
When it prints correctly
ensure you select paper size as A4 and print your pass.
