My printer has always worked wirelessly until today when the error message says it is offline or disconnected which it is neither. I dont know what else to try after restarting it and going through the trobleshooting guide and doing everything suggested
I have a HP photosmart c6380 all in one wireless printer hooked up to my desktop. It use to print just fine wirelessly till quest changed our password and we had to redo the whole thing. Now the printer says it is connected to a router but my computer tells me it's not. I don't want my printer near the comp hence the wireless. So feedback would be helpful to get it back online. I have a pc running windows 7 using 64 bit. Please do not direct me to HPs website it was not helpful.
Try this.You may uninstall the printer driver. Restart PC and try loading the printer driver afresh. Hope this solves ur problem.
