Doors not closing all the way

When I open the left side and push it shut, the right side door kind of "bounces" a little and does not shut again. It stays slightly open, and the sensor does not go off. The temp goes up in the fridge pretty fast if gone unnoticed.. This is a recent problem in a 5 year old fridge. I don't see anything blocking it.

Check level from back to front on fridge if good than check the amount of food that is stored on the door if u have a lot of bulk, weighty stuff they may be acting as a counter balance on the door when u close the left side the air that is trapped usually disperses into the unit and is not forceful enough to push open the door but if their is a lot of additional weight on door it makes the door easier to open and swing on hinge

With the key off the dash lights stay on but when you open the door the go off but if you shut it again they come back on

With the door left open, open and close the door on the opposite side. If it works correctly, then you have a bad "door switch" (that little button mounted on either the front or rear jam pillar) on the "problem door" side.

Right side door pops open when left door is closed

Is this a new unit? This is caused by air rushing into the other compartment through a damper control. Most mfr's. install an air check valve at the bottom of both doors that will pop up to let external in, thus alleviating door blow out.
Apply a food grade silicone to the face of the door seals to add tackiness to to the surface. Follow link to purchase.

Door won't open

Those kind of problems just require that the door open one time. However, to do that you will have to take the cover off the player with the power off of course. Once you have take the cover off ( only a few screws ) you will be able to see the disk player well enough to see the back part of it. There are two ways you can do this, first, is to power the player back on, press the power button on. Then when you press the open door button or use your remote whichever, have your finger on the very back end of the carriage that holds the disk and push to the front gently as it tries to open the door, you will know because you will hear a short click from a relay. If you cannot open it after a couple of tries then power it off again and unplug it. There are only four screws that hold the disc player part in itself. Take those four screw off so you can lift it far enough to get to the bottom front of the disc player. Once you can do that, without the power on, there is a white neoprene part that moves from left to right or right to left to open and close the door. You will be able to see it and you can manually slide the part to whichever side it will move and that will open the door. You can gently push the door back closed and open it again a few times. Then place the disc player back in place with the screws in and power it up and open the door with the remote or button. It should open. What happens is that depending on how long the player has set on a wharehouse shelf or just around even if it is new, the lithium grease that they use for the moving parts dries out and it needs a little push and use to work properly again. Let me know if I can help in any other way.

Hit clean button while oven door was open. now door will not shut and stove doesn't work.

I had the same problem . I opened the door after pushing the clean button.
The locking bar was sticking out and when I tryed to shut the door the bar struck the door approxmately 1/8'' past the right side of the locking slot in the door ,
I finally used a screw diver to pry the locking bar back about 1/16" I then lifted on the left side of the door handle forcing the door to the right I then I was able to pushed the door closed with my right knee. After I got it shut I pushed the clean button and set it on 3 hrs. At the end of the cycle and the cool down time the locking bar retracted and the door opened . Ever thing is back to normal.

Craftsman 1/2 HP door opener bounces back open

Hello,

There should be 2 sensors on the bottom of your door on the inside, 1 on the right side and 1 on the left side.
These sensors serve 1 purpose to send a beam or reflection to each other.
If something is blocking this reflection or is in front of the sensor the door will always come back up.
It is a safety feature so nothing or no one gets hurt when the door is closing!

Side by side jenn aire refrigertor. After six months of use, the right door blows open when closing the left door. I have re leveled to no avail. Any suggestions on the problems

That's not uncommon, but the door should swing back shut. The fridge should be level side to side, but tipped back just a little. This will help the doors close. Also some fridges have door closers on the door hinges. They are usually plastic or nylon and can wear flat. If your fridge has these, the doors will lift just a little (maybe 1/16th to 1/8th inch) when it's opened. Usually the fresh food door is bigger and heavier and will wear out closers faster than the freezer door.

Freezer door opens just a tiny bit when i shut the fridge side anybody know how to fix this

to be honest with you, close the door more gently. there are air vents between the frig and the freezer, when you close the frig door its forcing air into the freezer which in turn forces the door open some. the air has to get out so thats what it does. i hear this complaint alot.
