Are you trying to set up router ?
You can set up your router manually, without the CD.
Make sure that your computer is able to go online directly through the modem.
If your computer is able to go online through the modem, that means the modem is working fine.
You will need to connect the computer to the router and the modem to the router.
open the set up page of the router and change the settings of the router according to the ISP.

You don't need the setup disk check out my four tips here for Wireless Printer and Wireless Routers.

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3559234-set_up_a_wireless_printer_on_your_router

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3958382-access_router_or_cable_modem_admin

The setup disc that you maybe able to find is just a wizard and can't setup printers to your router like in my first tip.

I have a comtrend ADSL2+Ethernet Router hooked to my desktop Pc and a G-Wireless Router made by Belkin.According to the tech I should be able to connect these two to use my Laptops, but any way I've tried...

You dont need a Belkin Disk to set up - this can be done manually you can get a manual from this site http://en-us-support.belkin.com/app/product/list/q/routers/ select G in the first dropdown and then your model - theres two to choose from and then then the version
you have a choice - you could change the comtrend router to just use the modem - bridged mode - they have a few different routers see here http://www.comtrend.com/links/i$residential-adsl2-modem-router$product.htm so not sure which one you have if you can bridge to just use the modem then connect tothe Belkin and all PCs should connect to the Belkin
OR you can connect two routers together Leave the comtrend router set as it is -
Set the IP address of belkin router to same subnet as the comtrend. Depending on the DHCP range of the comtrend router - set the IP outside this range - so if comtrend is set to give an ip of 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.100 - set the belkin to 192.168.0.254 Disable the DHCP in the belkin.
Connect the comtrend LAN to one of the Belkin LAN ports - you may need to use a crossover cable. On the belkin the WAN port will be left unconnected

Has any one got a disc to install a belkin wireless router

Just go to there website, you can usually download any install disk from a MFG website. Usually you really don't need the install disk for a regular router, did you access the settings page and set it up, usually you just open your browser, either internet explorer or firefox, which ever one you use, and put 192.168.1.1 into the URL field at the top and this opens the settings for the router.

Firefox is better.

Don't know the password for my belkinwireless G router how do I reset it to factory settings and what are the factory settings

Go to your router thru your browser just like a real web site. (my Belkin is: http://192.168.2.1/index.html) From there log in. Default password is blank/no password. After logging in you will find the area to create passwords.

Belkin N Wireless Router doesn't connect to Modem

If router is brand new you should have a set up disk. the set up disk will walk you through it or you might log onto Belkin site to see a walk through set up. If you can access internet from modem to router to internet. That means router is functioning properly. To go completely wireless you will need to secure your network and setup your access codes. Definitely use the setup disk to do this. A unsecured wireless network is a nightmare waiting to happen. Good luck
