Your saw is almost certainly made by Poulan. I think this is the correct IPL (PP3516AVX Gas Saw).

Please read carefully the cold and warm start procedure in your manual. "Listen for an attempt start then open choke" is often missed and leads to flooding. IMO any choke (pull it to set fast idle, immediately close it to lesson chance of flooding) on a warm engine does the same.
It has a new chain, it will stretch. PLEASE for your safety watch it and tighten frequently at the first sign it is loose.
