System restore: Click Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore. Follow all prompts.
Remove printer: Click Start, Control Panel, Printers. Right-click Printer you want removed, then left-click "Delete".
If you restore the computer to a point in time BEFORE you installed the printer, you can skip doing the remove printer option I wrote above.
Those fixes can be done one-handed (with your mouse).

There are two ways to do this: with a CD or with the recovery partition. If your laptop didn't come with an OS install CD, then it has a recovery partition on the hard drive. Once you figure out which option you need to use, it's just a matter of following the directions in the on-screen prompts.

Since you did factory install, Might probably that's the recovery partition you used, Try to restart computer, if does not work, turn it off, unplug ac adapter and battery then drain residual power of laptop by pressing the power button for 5 secs, then put the ac adapter and battery again. If it still doesn't work, try to run diagnostics first if it fails then you'll need to replace a part, if it passes then you'll need to do operating system re-installation manually.
