Can't connect to computer. Downloads hardware etc. but when you click on it in my computers it gives message to insert disc (it shows as ''removable disc E and D''). Message on didj console is ''USB connected''. Please help. Thanks, Jeffrey Lewis

Click the "Start" button, then choose "Control Panel," "Network and Internet" then finally "Setup a Bluetooth enabled device."

Power on the Bluetooth Hardware you want to connect to the computer. You must have some sort of hardware to connect to the computer, in order to enable the Bluetooth connection.

Click "Add" and the computer searches for any Bluetooth hardware in the area. Once it detects the hardware, select it and click "Next."

Type in the passkey for the Bluetooth hardware (found in the device's user manual) and click "Next."

Install any drivers now that came with the Bluetooth hardware. (Insert the driver installation CD that comes with the Bluetooth hardware, wait for the the installation wizard to load onto the screen, accept the license agreement, then click "Next" for the installation name and location and select "Install" to install the drivers.)
Choose "Locate and install driver software" if there are provided drivers. If not, click "Don't show this message again for this device" and click "OK."

What is the operating system installed on your computer? Since you didn't mention the Operating System, I am unable to give you specific instructions. If your CD doesn't work or if it's not installing, you can try with another driver, to download it, click HERE and click the name of the Operating System installed on your computer on that page. Once the Operating system is selected, all the available downloads will be displayed, click +Driver and download it from there.

The simplest way to format a Flash Drive or a Pendrive is to format it from the My Computer without using any commands. Let's assume you are doing it on a Computer (Pc Desktop). Follow the instructions;
1. Connect you Data Traveler on one of the Usb port of your computer, and wait for few minutes.
2. After you know that it's been detected by the computer, open "My Computer" then right-click on the Data Traveler's Drive Icon e.g. Removable Disk (K:), etc.. and select "Format"

3. When the format dialog box is opened, click "Start" and then you'll be prompted with a warning message to confirm the proceed, click "Ok" to proceed. Formatting Dialog box

4. Wait for few seconds and you'll get another message that the drive has been successfully formatted.

SOLUTION:- Follow these steps. 1-First of all take a usb cable. 2-Connect its one end to Bizhub 210 and the other end to your computer. 3-you will see your computer will show a notification " Found new hardware". 4-Now insert the printer Driver disc of Bizhub 210 in CD-ROM. 5-autoplay will show at the desktop 6-Now click on "Install Printer" 7-Follow the instructions and install the drivers. 8-when the drivers are correctly installed you will see printer icon of bizhub 210 in "Printer and Faxes" at control panel of your computer. 9-Now right click on this icon and click on "Properties" 10-now click on "PRINTING PREFERENCES" tab. 11-select Paper size, i.e if you are using A4 size in bizhub 210 then select paper size=A4 from the list. 12-now give a print command.ctrl+p. of any document. 13-printer will start printing.
if still having problem, then please do check the usb cable, it may be broken. if there is any other printers are installed on your computer which are not in use then remove them/ delete them. use konica minolta bizhub 210 as a default printer.

What is the operating system on your computer. If it is windows XP or VISTA, then try to install the adapter using the found new hardware wizard.
Do not run the disc that comes with the wireless adapter. connect the adapter to the computer first. you will get the message found new hardware.
if you do not get the message that means the adapter is detected by the computer or the software might be installed already. uninstall the software and then connect he adapter.
If you get the found new hard ware message then it will ask you can windows connect ....
select = no not at this time and click next.
on the next window select the option install software automatically and insert the disc that comes with the adapter. it will install the software .
after that you will need to connect to the network.

If you don'yt have a Vista DVD,you can borrow any for startup vista repair. This is very common and HP/Compaq don't usually give operating systen vista dvd

The card will be read on the computer as a removeable drive. Go to "My Computer" and look for the removeable discs that will be listed as well as the disc you inserted may have a name like sandisc, that may show up in "My Computer" as one of the drives listed. Double click on the drive to view the folders within. It works like any other file, you can copy, paste delete, etc.

Here are some things that you can try to resolve this problem.

Reconnect the device
This error code occurs only if you used the Safe Removal application to prepare the device for removal, or pressed a physical eject button.

Reconnect the device to your computer
Disconnect this device from the computer, and then connect it again.

Restart your computer
Make sure that the device is connected correctly to your computer, and then restart your computer. Click Start, click Shut Down, and then select Restart in the Shut Down Windows dialog box to restart the computer.

If it still does not help then definitely refer the notebook to the HP authorised service centre.
