I recently purchased the 6500/E709 from best buy...it is not compatible with Windows 07...I can't load the install software. Where can I get the updated software?

The software is telling you one thing and the Webmaster another. I would trust what the software error is saying to you. I can't even register my Samsung Tab 3 on their site, it asked me to enter the purchase date which I did, 11/16/13. When I tried submitting the form, I got an error telling me the Tab 3 was manufactured 11/30/13, making my purchase date incorrect. Really??!!! My Best Buy receipt didn't lie and I was there at the store that very day, and had purchased the Tab 3.

Deleting and reinstalling the full software/driver will probably solve your issue . If you don't have the cdrom , you can download it from here . Select your OS before the download :

Yes, I have a 6500 E709 all in one and I also use windows 7 and no problems.

Any printer uses driver as a communication... Every Operating System (OS) has different driver. So visit to the given link and select you product and then after select your OS. Then download driver and Software. Then First install driver and then after software.

Try Installing as Administrator. Try setting compatibility mode, for the main, install, setup, .exe , set as XP SP 2. If you use a 64 bit system turn digital driver signing OFF. (F8 at boot up & select).

Some of the games for windows games which support controllers are ridiculously finicky. Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge moto gp 07 is one of those. There may be a workaround pushed into an update somewhere though, so make sure your game is fully updated.
