Are you hardwired to the router? if not the wireless acsess might be disabled also try and ping the router with command prompt, if you can ping it then there might be a problem in your browser if you cant try it from a computer thats wired to the router
Hi,
Check that the computer you are trying to connect to the router with is associated with the appropriate WLAN and has a valid IP address from the router.
Start up a command session and type ipconfig -a. The address shown should be something like 192.168.1.n (Where "n" is the number given by DHCP, probably 2). If your PC does not have an address like this it is not connected to the WLAN correctly.
Cheers,
Ripface.
Step 1:
Click on the button and select All programs.
Step 2:
On the All Programs sub-menu, locate and select Cisco Connect. This should launch Cisco Connect and take you to its main screen.
NOTE: If you are unable to locate Cisco Connect, it may not be installed yet. Download the latest Cisco Connect setup wizard from the Cisco Support page. After downloading, click on the Cisco Connect icon to launch the installation wizard.
Hope this will help...Thank you for using Fixya...
