Belkin (F1DK102P) 2-port KVM Switch freezes

When using the hotkey (scroll lock scroll lock 2), my mouse & keyboard freezes & the switch does not bring up the other desktop for the 2nd CPU. We've check connections and everything is good.

Any other ideas?

We have the same model and the same problem. The scroll lock combo did not work for us. You need to press Ctrl, Ctrl then up or down arrow.

The manual was a load of old Tom *** as it did not mention this.

I have detected the main causes of the mouse freezed on startup when switching between two computers. The problem isn't come from belkin 2 ports KVM switch itself. The problem is because I hook up 4 ports USB hubs to second PC. Remove the USB hubs will solve the problem. I have connected 2 PCs with one LCD monitor and now it works fine for me.

Does the F1DK102P support HPUX 10.2

It depends. The switch is an electro-mechanical device.

If the connectors on the switch match the keyboard/mouse connectors on the hardware (PC? HP?) that is running HP-UX, then you can disconnect the keyboard/mouse, connect the switch's connectors to those ports, and connect the keyboard/mouse to the switch.
