I want to know ic sound number - Televison & Video

Hi,

Would you please give me more information, as the number of pins of the ic,? does it has just one screw above in the metal flange?
TDA7293 comes to my mind...let me know to help further..

how about the amplifier ic does it work, check the supply voltage. then if you know the pin configuration of the ic, look for the input of the ic then bypass the amplifying section. the audio input connect to the connection going to the speaker out. if you can hear a sound from the speaker that was mean the ic is defective.

First check whether sound control has been muted or not. If muted, as you know, there will be no output from the speakers. If not muted, and still no sound, there are two possibilities. The first one is of speaker, and the second one is with the audio output IC inside the circuit
Check its speaker first. you can check the speakers with the help of a multimeter, of with a torch cell. If speakers are found OK, and still there is no sound output, the audio output IC is faulty and shoul be replaced with same number . The number of the audio output IC for your tV is [TA8265K]. This IC can be located at the main board of your tV. If you have eneough knoledge and tools to do the job, you can replace it at home.

Your TVs sound output Ic may have got damaged I thinks. The mechanic said may be correct. You just note its number, and go for it. Most of the sound output Ics are available at Ernakulam and Trivandrum. I'm from trivandrum. You just send me the Ic number, if it is not available at Ernakulam. I'll look for it here and inform you. check your chip number and try to serch it in google web site or findout on its own company web site then look for driver by ic number like below

I assuming that you can't read the number of the IC because it's damaged. However what anyone (here at FixYa) will need to know is the model make and number of your tape deck to help you further.

hi there, one horizontal line means a vertical section prob., check some resistor with low value and a defective diode, possible ic part is defective. do some test and check up. ty

The PWM IC is an SG3525. Which IC are you calling the protection IC?
