Will not hold a charge...Looking for a replacement battery? Any Ideas?

the only three things i can think of is youve either got a bad alternator ( yes if its a remanufactured one its possible) your battery is wasted (replace), or the wiring isnt correct and the alternator isnt providing to the battery.

Since you have tried charging the device using the usb and the power cord. It is quite clear to know that the problem is from the device connection port. It is bad and need to be replaced.
But you need to Try to test the battery in other devices then try to charge it there to see if it will hold a charge. If the battery holds a charge there, then it means the battery is okay and if it does not charge. Then it means the problem is from the battery. It need to be replaced if so.
Then test the charger/ power cord on another device if it is not bad, then you test the usb cable also. After running these test. You will be clear to know if it is the connection port. Then replace the connection port once confirmed to be the problem. Hope this helped. Goodluck Elect_Comp

The light at the bottom right is just telling you it's looking at the memory card. My canon batteries are about two years old and are due for replacement because they are not holding charge very well. Unfortunately all rechargeable batteries eventually lose their ability to hold charge

The blades could be on up-side-down or The battery may not be holding enough of a charge anymore. If it's the battery, check out these Syma S107 Battery replacement instructions.

Faulty voltage regulator. Insufficiant output to operate the PTO clutch and charge the battery.

If the battery charges without the PTO clutch 'IN', then this proves all the wiring, so this has to be the answer.

I suppose there is a remote possibility that the holding coil in the clutch is partially shorted, but it's unlikely.

Ahh, the notorious battery problem. I had (2) units that would not charge or turn on (red light just kept flashing). I opened the unit and disconnected the battery on (1) and completely removed the leaking battery on the other since I could not find replacements batteries. The units work fine now when plugged in (AC or DC adapter of course !). Still looking for a replacement battery...

If your batteries aren't holding a charge then they might need to be replaced. When batteries are used seasonally their life span is generally shorter. You can check them using a voltmeter.
