Buddy, can you watch YouTube and specifically have you changed any settings recently. I would switch it off and on again and re try- failing that a factory reset will get things set back to default settings. Just make sure you back up any info - good luck

You are referring to Google FRP which is an anti-theft system whereby only the original owner can do factory resets.
