It's realy easy to get a manual for you unspecified typewriter, if available on line. Just input in google search terms Manual Typewriter make and model
Also you can go to your unspecified typewriter's manufacturer's website and look for "Contact Us". Ask them, sometimes they deliver manuals for a fee.
Be careful with scammers offering you to sell a manual. sometimes they just deliver some scanned garbage, nothing to do with proper instructions or affiliate you to an ebook club and keep charging you monthly fees for delivering you ebooks, mostly useless...
Over 2 hours does seem like a long time to get an email back confirming your product key. Was payment accepted ok?
Hopefully you'll have it by now.
I learn something new every day!

The insurance company would take care of that for you as the request to debit comes from their end, all you do is authorise it. Just ring the insurer's help line, quote your policy number, and ask any questions you want. Note that you may pay an extra amount for doing it month by month.
Live television services on mobile phones and networks typically incur monthly fees to access their services. If you are paying for this service and receiving this error, contact your mobile service provider for any clarification on the error and more information on your plan.
for normal access to your sim card provider you simply torn off the phone and turn it on, then it should by itself find your provider network :O)
Note you normally have to have a purchased sim card and pay for it every month, for this please call your sim card provider (phone company) and ask here why it is no access to the line, if the above not working.
Hope that helps IF NOT then try to return here Have a nice time over there Please rate my answer
Since you're paying a good sum of money each month you should really call your service provider (AT&T) and ask them for help. The situation is different for every carrier / provider, so it's hard to debug on this site. These problems are best solved in real-time when you're on the phone with your carrier (call from a land-line.)
