PST Converter Pro (Mac/Win)

Going the "freeware" way you will have to migrate to Thunderbird and then to Apple Mail ~ at least that's the only reliable way I know of.
Contacts are the easiest part as you can export them to vcard in Outlook and import said vcard(s) into OS X Address Book.

Same easy steps can be made for the Calendar: In Outlook select "Save Calendar", for the data range select all and go ahead. You will get a standard iCalendar file (ics) which can be imported into iCal.

Telstra is an Australian telecommunications company that offers email and Webmail services through its BigPond brand.
Webmail is a convenient way of accessing email from anywhere in the world over the Internet. You can access your Webmail account on any computer.
Telstra has experienced some issues with its BigPond email service that also has impacted its Webmail users.
Users have lost access to their email accounts and have been shut out of them.
Telstra Webmail users experienced some of these issues in September 2010.
Email Delays

Users of BigPond experienced delays in receiving and sending email during a few days of service disruption in September 2010.
Telstra told customers that the emails were being held on their server and would be distributed once the service was restored. According to Telstra, the problem impacted BigPond users across Australia.

Locked Accounts
During the service disruption, Telstra also locked out some BigPond users from their accounts. These users were not able to log in to their accounts.
According to the telecommunications company, they had to lock the email accounts in order to facilitate repair work.

Telstra Response
Telstra reacted to consumer concerns about these issues by providing regular updates about the status of the repairs.
One such Telstra status update, according to an iTnews report, said, "We are currently having problems with BigPond mail.
This is affecting customers nationally.
Customers may experience delays in receiving mail or accessing their accounts.
Technicians are treating this issue as a priority and are working on the problem."
Telstra stated that these problems came about as a result of a server outage.
According to user comments at TechWorld and iTnews, some users still did not see their problems resolved even after the company officially declared that it had taken care of the issue.

Why not buy and install a genuine licensed version of Microsoft Office Word 2007 otherwise you will almost certainly have authorization problems which will defeat the very purpose of installing the software in the first place.

You can buy a genuine licensed Microsoft Office 2007 Professional Plus Edition software starting for just $85 or Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus Edition for about $78 (plus packing and shipping) from here (and from many similar websites):

http://www.software4students.co.uk/Microsoft_Office_Professional_Plus_2007-details.aspx

http://www.software4students.co.uk/Microsoft_Office_2010_Professional_Plus-details.aspx

Many websites claim that you can download Microsoft Office Word 2007 from them but there doesn't seem to be anywhere on the internet where you can download any genuine Microsoft Office software except the official Microsoft website.

Legal downloads of Microsoft products are available only from Microsoft. Microsoft doesn't offer downloads of old products like Microsoft Office 2007 or Office 2003. The only Microsoft Office product you can download is the trial version of whatever latest version of Microsoft Office that is available. Currently you can only download Microsoft Office 2010 trial. Trial versions of Microsoft Office are free to download but can only be used for the limited period of the trial. After the trial period has finished you will have to upgrade to the full version and pay Microsoft for an online activation code that unlocks the trial version and allows you to use the software forever.

If this type of software is what you need but you don't want or cannot afford to pay the price of Microsoft Office, then why not download and install totally free Office software like Open Office, which is very similar to Microsoft Office and even opens most Microsoft Office documents. Open Office is completely free to download and install and has no authorization or activation issues.

The Microsoft Office trial and activation code downloads site is: www.microsoft.com

Open Office is available to download from this site: www.openoffice.org

Which Webmail account >?????
Webmail is a type of email that allows you to access your messages on any computer with a browser and Internet connection.
Webmail has its advantages over email clients (such as Outlook) in that it allows remote access to your account.
It also is convenient because it does not require extra software to be installed on your computer. It takes a couple of moments to log in to your webmail account.
Open a browser.
Go to your email service login page.
For example, If you have a Yahoo! account, go to http://mail.yahoo.com/, if you have a Gmail account, go to http://mail.google.com/ and if you have a AOL account, go to http://webmail.aol.com.
Contact your Internet service provider if you're not sure of your Webmail login page.

Type your user name and password in the fields provided on the page.

Click the "Go" or "Sign In" button.
You will be taken to your email account where you can manage your messages.also
Accessing your webmail account in one of the available ways is simple and should only take a few minutes to set up.
Use a web browser like Internet Explorer, Safari or Firefox to go to your webmail site.
Sign in to your account where you can read, send, archive and delete messages, among other functions.
This is the simplest way of accessing a webmail account and is the way most free web-based email was accessed in the past.
This method is useful if you are away from your normal computer and need to check your messages.
Configure a desktop email program like Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail or Mozilla Thunderbird to access your Hotmail account.
Using a system known as POP3, desktop email software can access your webmail account and deliver email directly to your computer.
You can use these programs for all the standard features of your webmail service.

there are some websites online which claim that you can download Microsoft Office 2007 from them but as far as i know there is nowehere on the internet where you can download a genuine copy of any Microsoft Office software except the official Microsoft website.

the only legal downloads of Microsoft products are available only from Micrsosoft and Microsoft do not offer downloads of old products like Microsoft Office 2007 or Office 2003. the only Microsoft Office product you can download is the trial version of whatever latest version of Microsoft Office that is available. currently you can only download Microsoft Office 2010 trial. trial versions of Microsoft Office are free to download but can only be used for the limited trial period. after the trial period ends you have to upgrade to the full version and pay Microsoft for an online activation code which unlocks the trial version's time limitation and allows you to use it indefinitely.

if you need this type of software but do not want to or cannot afford to pay what Microsoft Office costs, then you can use completely free software like OpenOffice, which is very similar to Microsoft Office and can even be used to open most Microsoft Office documents. you don't have to pay anything at all to download OpenOffice.
