SOURCE: prints out 2 labels at once
I've seen this be due to dirty sensor or misconfigured media setting. Clean the sensor in the middle of the edge on the inside and outside of the printer, then if still having trouble - Inside the printer it should tell you that if you are having printing trouble:
You have just made it reconfigure media, and it may know when to stop feeding now.

It is because you do not have a factory original power supply. If you watch the printer or power light on the power supply I would bet it turns off and then back on again. Don't pay attention to the power supply specs they can be weak. Get a Hitek Plus 120 or 220 or FSP50-11 it will work. Good Luck.

Do NOT use the Zdesigner driver. Ensure that you select the Zebra printer driver or ZUD driver, which can be downloaded from zebra website. Go into the driver settings and select the correct label size. Print a windows test page to verify correct operation, Once the correct windows driver is installed you can then open any windows application, paint, word, excel...etc.. and print to your zebra printer. Do NOT use the Zdesigner driver.

Unplug the printer, place your finger on the green button and with the other hand turn the printer back on. Let the light flash four times (flash, flash flash, flash flash flash, flash flash flash flash) then immediately release the green button. The printer will cycle and feed out a couple of labels. Press the green button one more time and you are ready to go.
