SOURCE: Change the time on phone system

1) press "Program", then * *, then 1234,
2) press "0 0 0",
3) press "speaker" two times,
4) change the time
5) press "store".
6) pick up the receiver to complete the change.

Do this change on the "lead" phone and it will reset all the others on your system. Not exactly an intuitive process to be sure!

SOURCE: voice mail greeting

Sign in to mailbox 999 and 998 and poke around. You should find some greetings in there. Else, if you have the installer software you can go in from that and make the changes.

SOURCE: PANASONIC KX-TDA-50 PHONE SYSTEM WITH

From the main phone, press PROG **1234 and dial 004. Press ENTER 2 times (watch out, it moves on the display) and you will be looking at 101 : OPERATOR if it's still unprogrammed. Keep pressing NEXT until you get to the one you want to change and use a combination of the keypad and the AUTO ANS button to spell out the new name. The STORE button saves it, the right arrow and clear button step back and forth on the line you're entering.

You can pick up the handset and drop it back into the cradle when you're done to exit.

WANT TO CHANGE OUTGOING MESSAGE ON PANASONIC KX TG 4131.

The base of your phone system is the KX-TG4131. The handset/base combination packs have a slightly different model number (KX-TG4132 for example). Assuming that you want to change the greeting of the answering system, you need to press Menu # 3 0 2 (when the phone system is in standby mode) from a handset. (Alternatively, press Menu and use the arrow keys to navigate to Answering Device. Press Select and navigate to Greeting. Press Select again and navigate to Record Greeting. Press Select and navigate to Yes. Press Select one more time. When you hear the beep, hold the handset about 8" (20 cm) away from you and speak your new message clearly. Press Stop when finished. The recording will cut off if your greeting is longer than 2 minutes. To exit the menu system, press Off. Make sure that the Answering system is on and your recorded greeting should play when you can't pick up the phone within the set number of rings.

See page 21 or page 33 of the manual. Panasonic has the manual here: ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tg4132_mul_om.pdf .

I hope this helps.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE GREETING ON A KX-T7453 PANASONIC CORDED PHONE?

The KX-T7453 phone does not have a message function, you may have an associated voicemail on your system. Try dialing (on the intercom) extension 165 if you do not have a voicemail button. Are you trying to change the greeting for your individual phone or the main greeting people hear when they call your company?
This gets a lot more complicated and you should contact your vendor.

I have a Panasonic KX-T7636 phone system. We have a new receptionist and want to change the main menu greeting so that one of the options is "press zero for (new assistant)" instead of the old...

You have a Panasonic 7636 PHONE. The system is either a TDA/TDE or NCP. The Voice Mail system is either embedded or a TVA and it comes with a set of instructions. Custom service announcements and company greetings are administered from the message manager's mailbox 998. Check your original installation notes and documentation for how to do that.

I am trying to change our main voicemail. It only gives me the option to change the extension voicemails, not to change the main greeting that comes on when no one picks up the phone to the main line??...

If you log into mailbox 998, which you can from anywhere in the World, you can get access to all of the greetings. You just have to figure out where they are stored. This is assuming you have a Panasonic brand external voice mail.
