This is usually an issue with the fuser. Turn machine off wait a few minutes then turn back on. If the fuser error does not go away, then the fuser should be replaced.

kindly check externally the fuser is heating or not. i SUSPECT THE FUSER MIGHT BE FAILED.

You will have to replace the fuser. Call 1-800-835-6100 and follow the prompts to purchase parts. It isnt real expensive. Just make sure you still don't have some warranty left on the parts.
