If you have forgotten your bios password on your Panasonic Cf-51, there is no need to worry. There are a few simple steps that you can follow in order to reset the password and regain access to your computer.

First, locate the RTCRST jumper on the motherboard. This is usually located near the CMOS battery. Once you have located the jumper, remove it and then replace it in the opposite position. This will reset the bios password.

Next, locate the power button on the front of the computer. Once you have located the power button, press and hold it for a few seconds. This will reset the power to the computer and will also clear the bios password.
I hope this helps!

SOURCE: need to reset or erase admin password

There are Linux password removal programs on the Internet. It is designed to remove passwords on NT, Win 2K and XP.
You copy the program to a CD and boot up from this CD. It allows you to reset or remove the users and administrator passwords.
Google search for these programs "password recover" There is another solution. You can reinstall windows and this will give you a clean computer and possibly better performance without the accumulated junk/rubbish. Don't forget to get/download all the device drivers (eg. video, audio, modem,NIC etc.) before you start.

SOURCE: unable to reset bios password

You will need to physically look at the motherboard, and next to the battery there will be a jumper and it will be on 2 of 3 available pins. Move the jumper to the other two and leave it for about 30 seconds. Replace it to the original two pins and then turn on the computer and enter BIOS as normal. Password should have been removed.

I have a PANASONIC CF-RZ4 with supervisor password. Does anyone have fresh copy of BIOS.

What to do if you have a Panasonic CF-RZ4 with a supervisor password
If you have forgotten your supervisor's password for your Panasonic CF-RZ4, you will need to reset it in order to gain access to the BIOS settings.

In order to do this, you will need to have a fresh copy of the BIOS file for your CF-RZ4. You can usually find this on the manufacturer's website.

Once you have the BIOS file, you will need to use a program like 7-Zip to extract the contents of the file. Inside the extracted folder, you will find a file called "bios.bin". This is the file you will need to use to reset your supervisor's password.

To reset the password, you will need to boot into the BIOS settings. To do this, you will need to press the F2 key when the CF-RZ4 logo appears on the screen.
I hope this helps!

Bios password

On most Panasonic Toughbook models, when you turn on the power and immediately press the "Esc" key, then a new startup menu will be shown.

Simply choose "CD-ROM Drive" as the boot device and make sure that you have previously inserted a CD-ROM in the drive and then the Panasonic Toughbook should startup or "boot" from the cdrom
instead of from the internal hard disk drive.

Does anyone know the default BIOS password for a CF 27. Thanks

Don't know the generic password, you probably can get it if you contact Panasonic about this, but you can however reset the password. To reset the BIOS password read the information from this link.

In case of your laptop the easiest method would be using software from Hiren's Boot CD.
