Sata drivers xp

For any Panasonic Toughbook built after the year 2005, if the Toughbook uses a SATA hard drive instead of an IDE hard drive, then you will need to use Windows XP SP3 (Service Pack 3) instead of XP SP2 (Service Pack 2). The XP installation CD for SP3 automatically includes SATA drivers and you do not need any extra drivers. That is it. How do i enable touchscreen on panasonic toughbook cf 30ctqazbm

The first thing I would try on any Panasonic Toughbook with touchscreen would be to enter the BIOS upon start-up by pressing the "F2" function key. When you are in the BIOS, there is a setting on the 2nd screen tab "Main" which says "Touchscreen:". This should be set to "Enable" instead of Disable. Then you press the "F10" function key and the message: "Save configuration changes and exit now?". Press "Yes" and the toughbook will reboot and your Touchscreen will be enabled at the BIOS level. Good Luck! Regards from Richard, Montreal based Panasonic Canada Authorized Toughbook Dealer since 1989.

Mp light mean

"MP" stands for Multimedia Pocket. In other words the optical drive or the CD-ROM Drive. If there is no CD-ROM on your CF-30, this is normal because when these units were brand-new, the CD-ROM drive was an optional unit costing hundreds of dollars. Good Luck. Touch screen dose not work on my CF-30

If your Toughbook has an integrated GPS, this may be conflicting with the touchpad or touchscreen driver. You can fix this by running the GPS Registry Patch - SKIPENUM.REG, which is found in the C:\UTIL\GPS\ folder. This file can also be found by following the link below. If you are using a GPS module that is not integrated, you should contact the manufacturer of the GPS module for a similar patch. If you are not using a GPS module, or if the above steps do not fix your problem, re-install the touchpad and/or touchscreen drivers.

Cf-30 disable touchscreen

On all Panasonic Toughbook Notebooks, you must get into the BIOS by pressing the F2 Function key when you turn on the Toughbook as it is booting. Press F2 repeatedly. This must be done in the 1-2 seconds before Windows starts to load. Then you will see Touchscreen usually on the 2nd page with the word "Enable". Simply select enable and press "Enter" and the choice between enable and disable will appear. Then select "Disable" with the cursor and then press Enter. Finally you need to "Save and Exit" the changes in the BIOS. That is it. Good Luck to you. Regards, Richard - Montreal Based Panasonic Toughbook Authorized Dealer since 1989

The speaker on toughbook CF-30 quit working when I pressed function key and f4

If you have the speakers on and at the same time plug in a head set, the head set overrides the audio output. Make certain the Audio OUT is clear. Look to the Speak setup at the lower right desktop screen. Right click and check the Volume and Settings. Make adjustments from there.

Why does my speaker does not work ?

You need to go to Settings on your computer and then go to Sound and check that your speakers are connected to your computer. Also, try to increase volume on your computer. Maybe your volume was turned down.

Panasonic Toughbook won't load Windows XP CD

You can check to see if the hard drive is dislodged, but other than that I don't know what to tell you. If you know the drive is functioning correctly then your motherboard is probably dead.
