I tried every driver that is available but noting seems to work.
You should go to interface setting and wath your ip . & after connect the lan cable install a tcp/ip device on you're pc and for ip write the ip youhave watched at interface setting .

This error is power related... their are two possibilities either... your fuser is blown or your machine needs a reset... here is a link to try the reset...

SOURCE: Hi I have an Ricoh aficio CL7300 printer and it is
sc 541=Heating roller thermistor error (Fusing unit).
The thermistors could be dirty or damaged.
The fusing unit can be removed and inspected(without removing any screws)(Left door)(lower handle).
If you see any damage you might have to replace the unit(or only the part if u r lucky).
