House fuse box very old. Need to find out which fuses need to be replaced.

no, you certainly would not like to dance with that partner. Just go ahead and let your neighbors know you have to do some electrical repairs. A real safety concern, shut off what has to be shut off. Tell your landlord to go ...what is he? awful?

How to replace thermostat on 1998 Maza b2500

I have generic instructions here: http://www.fixya.com/cars/r5929960-s_thermostat

Specific instructions from autozone.com are below

2.5L Engine
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Drain the cooling system.

CAUTION When draining the coolant, keep in mind that cats and dogs are attracted by ethylene glycol antifreeze, and are quite likely to drink any that is left in an uncovered container or in puddles on the ground. This will prove fatal in sufficient quantity. Always drain the coolant into a sealable container. Coolant should be reused unless it is contaminated or several years old.

  1. Disconnect the heater return hose at the thermostat housing.
  2. Disengage the ECT sensor and engine coolant temperature sender wiring connectors.
  3. Disconnect the upper radiator hose from the thermostat housing connection.
  4. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the housing from the cylinder head.
  5. Remove the thermostat and gasket from the housing.
  6. Clean both thermostat gasket mating surfaces.

To install:
  1. Position the thermostat gasket properly onto the housing. The gasket must be in place before the thermostat is installed.
  2. Install the thermostat into the housing by first turning and then locking into the recess of the housing.
  3. Position the thermostat and housing onto the mating surface of the cylinder head. Install and tighten the retaining bolts to 14-21 ft. lbs. (20-30 Nm).
  4. Connect the upper radiator hose to the thermostat housing connection.
  5. Connect the ECT sensor and engine coolant temperature sender wiring harnesses.
  6. Connect the heater return hose to the thermostat housing.
  7. Connect the negative battery cable.
  8. Fill the radiator and operate the engine until it reaches operating temperature. Check the coolant level and adjust as necessary.

Need more room to install replacement street side head lamp.

If you are talking about the headlight. The headlight assembly slides forward out the front of the car. The cheap plastic locks break easily. Practice on the passenger side, it is easier to see and touch. I have a 2003, hope it is the same.
