it sounds like you need a new group head gasket, or the group head gasket is not installed properly.
If it is a new machine, you probably just need to reseat the group head gasket. If it is a used machine, the gasket is probably worn, they need replacement every 6-12 months.
The Starbucks Sirena is made by Saeco, and is also called the Saeco Sirena.
You can find the group head gasket (brew head gasket), and any other parts from the following:

Water constantly leaks from where we put coffee grounds When I 39 m running my shots it overflows and drips down into the drip tray Also when I turn on the steamer water comes out for about 5 seconds first and then steam so I have to hold a cup under it just to get rid of the water and then steam my milk I don 39 t want to buy another machine but is there a way to fix these problems Also is it normal to take 3 4 mins to steam 1 cup Problems
My refurbished/certified Sirena suddenly stopped producing a good crema. I am almost sure that the problem is an old crema disk of its portafilter. Is it possible to buy only this part without replacing the whole (and costly) portafilter?
