My refurbished/certified Sirena suddenly stopped producing a good crema. I am almost sure that the problem is an old crema disk of its portafilter. Is it possible to buy only this part without replacing the whole (and costly) portafilter?

If it is this new, and you have followed all the usage instructions, return it to point of purchase for replacement. With the Starbucks name, it could not have been cheap. Re-read all instructions and try again. If still no-go, return it.

Will a Starbucks sirena portafilter fit on a Starbucks barista?

The Sirena portafilter is 58mm and the Barista portafilter is smaller at 53mm so the two are not interchangeable.

58mm is a fairly common size in portafilters however, so if you are looking for something different for your Sirena, there are options. Also the Sirena has a rubber disc and peg to function as a self-tamper, those can be removed so you can tamp your own grind and adjust it to your liking.

I have a Starbucks Sirena - the grounds overflow in the basket while pulling shots, and it drips forever after it's done. When I remove the basket it's a huge mess every time. All the parts seem to be...

it sounds like you need a new group head gasket, or the group head gasket is not installed properly.
If it is a new machine, you probably just need to reseat the group head gasket. If it is a used machine, the gasket is probably worn, they need replacement every 6-12 months.
The Starbucks Sirena is made by Saeco, and is also called the Saeco Sirena.
You can find the group head gasket (brew head gasket), and any other parts from the following:

Why won't my starbucks serina froth milk. Just stopped doing this all of a sudden. I descaled, the little hole in wand isn't blocked. The milk heats but no froth.

This problem developed on my Sirena machine about a week ago. Stopped frothing milk, but still produced lots of steam. In fact, it was splattering milk everywhere, just not producing foam. Cleaned the steam wand (including air intake) and descaled the machine (even though its only 3 months old) to no avail. Called Saeco customer support (1-800-933-7876) and the very helpful rep immediately identified the problem. Inside the Panarello steam wand is a removable plastic tube. The tip of this tube should protrude about 1/8" beyond the end of the steam wand. Mine was not. Using the eraser end of a pencil, I pushed the inner tube downward into position and, voila, I now have froth again.

Won't fill with water

You need to descale the machine every 3 months or so. Try that --- Starbucks carries descaling powder for ~$4.
