Download the Chromecast App to your phone or tablet. Open the app, search for your Chromecast device and set the device up by telling it your router SSID (name) and password.
I believe you can do it with a PC by going to the Chromecast website.

Have you tested your service and compared the readings based on the service you are paying for?
