Hummingbird systems have the ability to turn off pages so they will not be displayed. On your main menu look for the "views" tab. Scroll down to the sonar view page and see if it shows visible or hidden by that page. If it says hidden, select visible and you should be all set.

Try a different keyboard if it is a PC desktop, if it is a laptop keyboard it might need to be replaced.

Some laptops require you hold down the Fn key because some keys perform more than one function.

The first thing I would do is set up another account--If the new account works, it's probably a corrupted account.

This printer does not have a duplex unit and cannot print double sided prints automatically.
The only way to print double sided is to print page 1 and the insert the page back into the printer tray with the page upside down and then print page 2. Repeat this for the other pages.
You need to do a test print first to work out which way to insert the page upside down in the printer paper tray so the printed text is aligned correctly on both sides of the page.

Look for a key named "F-lock" or something that activates/deactivates the function keys.

Something is working in the background stopping the shutdown, try running msconfig, and see if there are any errornous programs running scripts

Hold down the Fn key and tap the Page Up key. That's the volume up, Page Down is vol down. I had the exact same problem

make sure that the "Scroll Lock" is not engaged and if the page UP and DOWN on the keys are typed in BLUE, then press your Function (FN) keys first, then press the page UP and DOWN.
